MYM Training & Development started in 2016 as a business unit within enke: Make Your Mark (NPC), an award-winning non-profit leadership development since 2016.
MYM was formally registered in 2019 as a for-profit company wholly owned by enke. Through this shareholding and in-kind donations, MYM Training & Development supports the social mission and impact of enke.

Tidimalo is the Managing Director and primary contact for all things MYM. She has experience in program coordination, youth support, sales, fundraising and project implementation.

Director & Curriculum Development Faculty
Rufaro is the Director of MYM and CEO of enke (NPC). Rufaro has expertise in youth leadership programming, curriculum development, program design, facilitation, personal leadership development, strategy, social enterprise, and youth policy research.
